Yuzu-Kanzuri Glaze
Thick in texture and bold in flavor, kanzuri paste is a unique yet satisfying Asian ingredient to work with. Its exotic traits make it a great way to spruce up a somewhat less-exotic meal like grilled chicken or sautéed shrimp.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon kanzuri paste
- 1/8 cup yuzu juice
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mirin
Directions
- In a large to medium mixing bowl, whisk all of the ingredients together until a smooth purée is formed. This kanzuri glaze is great to use as you would a traditional barbecue sauce.
