What Next Is Doing After elBulli

Grant Achatz and company will start serving their elBulli menu next week, but after that they'll be serving up a Sicily-themed menu.

Following elBulli's run (through May 27), a Sicily menu will run June 2 through Sept. 9. Then, a Kyoto menu will be offered from Sept. 15 to Dec. 31.

They're also starting up a "waiting room" system for their season ticket sales web site, capping off the number of visitors at 50. If the sales room is full, you'll just have to enter an email and wait for them to let you in. Then, you've got an hour to do your business. Sounds like a tough bouncer to get past.
