There's no better time to bust out the passion fruit and bubbly to celebrate the start of spring. The Ultimat Sparkler is made by The Crown's James Menite.

2 ounce ultimat vodka
3/4 ounce passion fruit purée
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
dash of blue curacao
1 1/2 ounce champagne

Directions

Garnish with a starfruit wedge. Serve in a champagne flute.
