Rooibos, or "red bush" tea, an ingredient in this cocktail, hails from South Africa and has a slightly grassy flavor. This cocktail was served at a Hendrick's Gin Voyage into the Unusual.

Ingredients

1 1/2 parts hendrick’s gin
1/2 part lime juice
3/4 part raspberry syrup
1 tablespoon toasted coconut flakes
1 part cold sparkling water
3/4 part rooibos tea

Directions

Combine Hendrick’s gin, tea, lime juice and raspberry syrup. Ice, shake well and top with sparkling water. Garnish with toasted coconut and enjoy.
