Taste Of London 2012

Taste of London, the UK's biggest open-air food festival returns to London's Regent Park June 21 – 24 with an array of restaurants and Michelin-starred chefs like Michel Roux Jr. demonstrating their skills and expertise. Foodies can enjoy food from 40 of the capital's top restaurants as well as 200 food and drink producers.

Taste of London is part of the Taste Festivals, where a city's restaurants and chefs gather in a venue to present their signature dishes to thousands of foodies. In these four days, London's Regent Park will transform into a boutique food market for summer eating, drinking, and entertainment.

This year's participating restaurants include Asia de Cuba, Bocca Di Lupo, Gaucho, L'Anima, Barbecoa, Opera Tavern, and Rhodes 24. Guest chefs include Wolfgang Puck, Nuno Mendes, Jamie Oliver, Theo Randall, Gary Rhodes, and Jacob Kennedy.

Taste of London features a number of interactive cooking programs, including the AEG Taste Theatre, where chefs like Sebastian Le Rocca, Raymond Blanc, Cesar Garcia, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten share their secrets and show off their skills with cooking demonstrations.

Tickets range from 24-100 euros ($30-125).
