Strawberry Smoothie Recipe
This simple, delicious smoothie is packed with vitamin c and protein. A great way to start the day off in the summertime! If you're new to smoothie-making, you can learn about how to make a smoothie, although some of our tips are great for old hands in the smoothie business, as well.

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- ½ cup 2% plain yogurt
- 10 fresh strawberries
- ½ cup crushed ice
Directions
- Add the coconut water and lime juice first, then yogurt, berries, lime juice, and finally, the ice. Blend on low for a minute and a half, then slowly bring the speed up until the ingredients are well incorporated.
