- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
- 1/2 cup baby greens (kale, chard, etc.)
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 inches fresh ginger
- ½ cup ice
Directions
- Blend in high-powered blender until smooth.
