  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon granulated white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Combine the buttermilk and heavy cream in a medium-sized bowl and set aside for 5 minutes. Combine all of the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Whisk the egg and butter into the milk mixture. Pour the flour mix into the wet ingredients and whisk until the lumps are gone.
  2. Heat a large skillet over a medium heat, and coat with cooking spray. Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake onto the skillet, and top each with 1 chopped miniature Snickers bar. Then cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown.
