Snackshot Of The Day: Bacon Shamrock Cupcakes

Today's Snackshot is of a carrot cupcake garnished with bacon shamrocks. The creator of this genius idea, Teresa Foskey, says, "Well, since I made Bacon Hearts for Valentine's Day I thought I would see if I could make bacon shamrocks. I think they turned out ubber cute.
