Ingredients
- 4 raspberries, muddled
- 1/2 ounce light simple syrup
- 1/2 egg white
- 3/4 ounce campari
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 ounce london dry gin
- 1 dash of angostura bitters, to garnish
Directions
- Combine ingredients. Shake and double-strain into a coupe, garnish with a dash of Angostura bitters.
