Romantic Dinner For Two
When planning your weekly date night with your significant other, do you often opt to dine out? This week, break with the routine and instead make something together at home for a romantic dinner a deux.
We've pulled together some of our favorite fresh flavors of the season — crisp asparagus, tender pea shoots, and just-picked strawberries — in creating this menu. Open a bottle of your favorite Crémant or rosé wine and work on the tart together first. While the asparagus steams, whip together a fail-safe hollandaise and take a moment to savor the sunset together (along with your wine and asparagus on toast, of course). Set the table with proper linens and flickering candles, while the other begins to prepare the mussels and salmon. Enjoy.
