Restaurant Creates Valentine's Day Beyoncé-Themed Menu

If you like it then you should put a reservation on it! This Valentine's Day, Brucie, a small restaurant in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn will be serving up a one-day-only unique Beyoncé-themed prix-fixe menu. Enjoy dishes with your sweetheart like "Blue Ivy" (an appetizer consisting of Chiriboga Blue Cheese with blue fingerling potatoes), Jay-Ziti, and "Breastiny's Child" (a veal breast braciole).

So what's the reasoning behind the pop star-studded menu? Chef and  owner Zahra Pangorra says that she and her staff are huge Beyoncé fans.  The menu itself has garnered a lot of buzz.

"Like most people do, we love Beyoncé," said Pangorra.  "We just wanted to do something fun and out-of-the-box for Valentine's Day, and we are floored that people are excited about it."

For both fantastic flavor and a great pun, Pangorra recommends trying the Buga-bouillabaisse with house blood sausage, lobster, and clams in squid ink aioli. No word yet on whether Beyoncé or Jay-Z have heard of the creation. Check out the menu and make a reservation today! After Valentine's Day this diva-menu will be no more.
