Willamette Weak Sauce Martini

Ingredients

• 1 ounce gin
• 1 ounce dolin blanc vermouth
• 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1 ounce serrano/orange blossom honey

Directions

1. Shake all ingredients with ice, double strain into a martini glass and garnish with a half lemon wheel.
