Ingredients

2 ounce bourbon (cyrus noble)
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/4 ounce allspice dram
1/4 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce cocci americano
2 dashes booker's bitters
soda

Directions

Muddle ginger. Combine first 6 ingredients in a shaker, shake, and strain. Top with soda and garnish with a Meyer lemon twist.
