Ultimate Slow Cooker Pork Chops
These delicious pork chops get smothered with apples and onions. Add all of your ingredients to the slow cooker and walk away — in a few hours you’ll have a hearty pork meal that would go great with a salad.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 pork chops, boneless
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 2 red delicious apples, cored, and sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
Directions
- Heat the pork chops in a skillet with the 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Brown on both sides and set aside.
- Mix the apple juice, vinegar, broth, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic in the slow cooker — mix until the brown sugar is dissolved. Add the pork chops in and top with apples and red onion.
- Set the slow cooker on low for 5 hours, turning the pork chops in the sauce twice during that time.
- Place a thermometer in the center of the pork chop and if it reads 145 degrees F. it is done.
