Ingredients

1.5 ounce mezcal
1.25 ounce cynar
0.5 ounce fino sherry
2 pinch of peychaud's bitters
grapefruit twist
pinch of sea salt

Directions

Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into an Old-Fashioned glass over one large ice cube, then sprinkle salt over the ice. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
