Ingredients
- 1 sixteen ounce package of corn, frozen, thawed and cooked
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 2 cup heavy cream
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Directions
- Cook corn according to package directions with water.
- Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour mix until combined. Add heavy cream, about 1/2 cup at a time, and blend with whisk.
- Cook on medium heat until the mixture has thickened. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Drain the corn and add it into the cream mixture.
