Ingredients
  • 1 sixteen ounce package of corn, frozen, thawed and cooked
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. Cook corn according to package directions with water.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour mix until combined. Add heavy cream, about 1/2 cup at a time, and blend with whisk.
  3. Cook on medium heat until the mixture has thickened. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Drain the corn and add it into the cream mixture.
