Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 cup frozen spinach, defrosted
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat. Handcraft patties one at a time and place gently in pan. Turn over after 5 to 7 minutes and cook for another 5 to7 minutes. Serve on a fresh hamburger bun or wrapped in lettuce.
