For the Lettuce Cups

  • Small Bibb lettuce leaves
  • Pouch of salmon, such as StarKist Salmon Creations, Mango Chipotle
  • 1/4  Avocado, diced smalled
  • 2  Tablespoons  red onion, diced
  • 1  Teaspoon  lime juice
  • 2  Tablespoons  red pepper, diced

Directions

For the Lettuce Cups

Place Bibb lettuce leaves on a plate, and top each leaf with a little salmon, avocado and red onion.

Drizzle with lime juice, and sprinkle with diced peppers if desired.
