Spiced Pumpkin Sage Cheesecake-Tini
A pumpkin cheesecake is the perfect dessert for any Thanksgiving evening, but serving a spiced pumpkin sage cheesecake-tini will really make an impression on your guests. This recipe is courtesy of Liz Green.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie mix
- pinch sage
- pinch pumpkin spice: nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger
- 3 ounce half and half, nondairy soy milk or condensed milk
- 2 tablespoon of maple syrup (or brown sugar)
- 1 ounce alcohol (can be rum, brandy, or vodka)
Directions
- Rim the glass with crushed graham cracker crust. Shake or blend all ingredients and pour into a martini glass or Bar Candy White Chocolate Glass. Top with whipped cream.
