Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 5 ounce brut champagne
- 1 pink lemon, juiced
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 2 ounce gin
- splash of club soda
- sage leaves, to garnish
- 2 lemon twists, to garnish
Directions
- Pour elderflower liqueur into a Champagne flute. Fill the remainder of the glass with Champagne.
- Combine the pink lemon juice, simple syrup, and gin in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine and strain over ice into a rocks glass. Top with a splash of club soda.
- Pour equal parts of both drinks into a Champagne flute. Stir gently with a bar spoon and allow to settle. Pour the remaining mixes into a second Champagne flute, and stir gently to combine. Garnish with sage and a lemon twist.
