This smoky Japanese take on our favorite Italian Negroni makes for a sophisticated cocktail.This recipe is courtesy of Richard Woods for SUSHISAMBA NYC.

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounce japanese whisky, such as hibiki whisky
1/4 ounce aperol
3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
1/2 ounce plum wine
dehydrated orange slice, for garnish

Directions

Stir all the ingredients together. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange slice.
