- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoon milk
- salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a microwave-safe bowl or mug.
- Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir the eggs. Microwave for a further 30-45 seconds until the eggs are almost set. Serve immediately.
