Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. Beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a microwave-safe bowl or mug.
  2. Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir the eggs. Microwave for a further 30-45 seconds until the eggs are almost set. Serve immediately.
