Your smoothie should have six ingredients, not 54. With the help of Julia Hanlon of Running On Om, Health Warrior has developed a healthier alternative to a traditional sugar-laden Shamrock Shake, featuring kale and chia seeds.

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- a handful of kale
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds, such as premium health warrior chia seeds
Directions
- In a blender, add the shake ingredients, and blend until smooth. Drink immediately and enjoy!
