Ingredients
- 2 ounce spiced rum, preferably sugar island
- 2 1/2 ounce parts cold brew coffee
- 1/2 ounce orgeat syrup
- vanilla ice cream
Directions
- Shake rum, coffee, and orgeat together. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with a scoop of ice cream. Serve immediately.
