Freshly popped popcorn is combined with marshmallows, melted chocolate, and chopped walnuts, for the sweetest snack.This recipe is courtesy of Farm Flavor.

Popcorn Clusters
Ingredients
  • 6 ounce semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 4 cup popped popcorn
  • 1 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
  1. Place chocolate chips in a small, microwave-safe bowl. Heat in microwave for 1 minute, until melted. If not using a microwave, place chocolate chips in a heat-proof bowl over a pan of steaming water, and stir until melted. Stir in vegetable oil.
  2. Put popcorn, marshmallows, and walnuts in a large bowl. Pour chocolate over mixture, tossing to coat.
  3. Drop tablespoons full of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
