Ingredients
  • 2 smoothie packs, such as sambazon original smoothie packs
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • squeeze of lemon
  • granola, to taste
  • cinnamon, to taste
  • nutmeg, to taste
Directions
  1. Blend the smoothie packs, half the banana, canned pumpkin, apple cider vinegar, and lemon in a blender.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with granola, banana slices, and a happy sprinkling of cinnamon and nutmeg.
