Peanut Butter And Jelly Fudge
Peanut Butter And Jelly Fudge
The classic sandwich found in lunchboxes across America each day is being reinvented in the form of fudge. You won’t be able to resist this peanut butter and jelly combination, although it is slightly richer than that Wonder Bread sandwich you are used to eating.

- 12 ounce white chocolate chips
- 7 ounce marshmallow cream
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter

- Then, combine the butter, sugar, salt, and whipping cream in a large pan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil while stirring. Boil for about 3 to 5 minutes. Pour the mixture over the chocolate and marshmallow cream. Beat with an electric mixer for about 1 to 2 minutes, until creamy.
- Pour half the mixture into the prepared pan, and then top with the preserves. Top with the remaining fudge, and use a knife to swirl the jam.
- Refrigerate for about 4 hours, or until firm. Then cut and serve!
