- 1 cup organic, gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 to 1 1/2 cup organic coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- stevia, to taste (optional)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened, shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoon cacao nibs
Directions
- Put oats, coconut milk, and chia seeds into a glass mason jar with a lid.
- Add a few drops of stevia, if desired.
- Secure jar and shake ingredients until everything is mixed well.
- Place the jar in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, shake and serve with coconut and cacao nibs sprinkled on top.
