- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 3 tablespoon olive brine
- 3 tablespoon horseradish
- 3 tablespoon hot sauce
- 3 tablespoon spicy mustard
- 3 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 shot of vodka
- 2 cup vegetable juice
Directions
- In a pan, roast a red, green, and yellow pepper until charred. Remove seeds. Blend together 3 tbsp. each of olive brine, horseradish, hot sauce, spicy mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. In a tall glass of ice, add 1 shot of vodka, 1 cup of pepper mixture, and 2 cups of vegetable juice.
