Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
  • 1 cup tigernut flour
  • 5 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 1 teaspoon water
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Scoop out balls of the dough, and flatten into cookie shapes.
  3. Let the cookies sit out for 15-20 minutes to dry out, before serving.
