Ingredients
- 4 cup heavy cream
- 12 ounce mango puree
- 5 ounce passion fruit puree
- 8 gelatin sheets, hydrated in ice water
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Directions
- Beat the heavy cream in a bowl until peaks form. Add the puree in a saucepan and heat, add the gelatin until dissolved. Fold puree mixture into whipped cream.
