Ingredients

4 cup heavy cream
12 ounce mango puree
5 ounce passion fruit puree
8 gelatin sheets, hydrated in ice water
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions

Beat the heavy cream in a bowl until peaks form. Add the puree in a saucepan and heat, add the gelatin until dissolved. Fold puree mixture into whipped cream.
