Ingredients
- 4 1/2 ounce pizza dough
- 4 ounce pesto
- 1/2 ounce kale
- 5 ounce shredded mozzarella
- 3 ounce mushrooms, sliced
- 2 ounce fresh mozzarella
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Stretch pizza dough into oblong shape.
- Spread pesto over pizza dough.
- Add kale, shredded mozzarella, and sliced mushrooms.
- On a baking sheet, cook flatbread for 5–8 minutes, or until crust is golden and crisp.
- Remove pizza from oven.
- Add fresh mozzarella, and serve.
