The only problem with these little beauties is they are so good you may eat them all in one sitting! (But because they are so healthy - it doesn't matter!)

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 cup raw hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 3 tablespoon yacón syrup
  • 1 egg white
Directions
  1. Place all the nuts in your blender and blend until they are broken up but not crumbs. In a separate bowl, add the nuts, sunflower seeds, yacón syrup, and egg white and mix together. Spoon the ingredients onto a greased tray. Using a sharp knife score the nut crunch into 16 squares. Bake for 1 hour at 190 degrees Fahrenheit, then turn the crunch over and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
