Campfire Potatoes
Ingredients
  • 6 white potatoes, sliced ¼-inch thick
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoon bacon bits
  • 2 tablespoon diced green onion
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • salt
  • sour cream (optional)
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients onto a large piece of tinfoil.
  2. Wrap the foil round the ingredients securely. Cook in the fire for 45 minutes.
  3. Top with salt and sour cream, to taste.
