Ingredients
- 6 white potatoes, sliced ¼-inch thick
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoon bacon bits
- 2 tablespoon diced green onion
- 2 teaspoon butter
- salt
- sour cream (optional)
Directions
- Place all ingredients onto a large piece of tinfoil.
- Wrap the foil round the ingredients securely. Cook in the fire for 45 minutes.
- Top with salt and sour cream, to taste.
