- 4 steelhead trout fillets
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Add the fillets to the pan and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes until the fish is opaque.
