Leftover Coffee Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 1can of pam original no-stick cooking spray
- .75 cup cocoa powder
- 1.5 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 cup flour
- .25 cup leftover coffee
- 1 teaspoon espresso grounds or finely ground coffee
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- .5 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°. 2. In a large bowl whisk together all of the ingredients until combined. 3. Next, spray a 9x9 or 8x8 baking dish with PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray and pour the brownie batter in. 4. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until the center is slightly firm 5. Cool to room temperature before serving.
