Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounce soju, such as jasmine hwayo 41 soju; 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth; 1/2 ounce campari; 1/4 ounce aperol; 1 dash orange bitters, such as fee brothers orange bitters

A bitter Negroni is given an extra kick thanks to being built on a base of the Korean spirit soju.This recipe is courtesy of Ryan Te for Oiji.

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounce soju, such as jasmine hwayo 41 soju
3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
1/2 ounce campari
1/4 ounce aperol
1 dash orange bitters, such as fee brothers orange bitters

Directions

Stir all ingredients together. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange peel.
