Korean Hwayo Negroni
A bitter Negroni is given an extra kick thanks to being built on a base of the Korean spirit soju.This recipe is courtesy of Ryan Te for Oiji.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce soju, such as jasmine hwayo 41 soju
- 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1/2 ounce campari
- 1/4 ounce aperol
- 1 dash orange bitters, such as fee brothers orange bitters
Directions
- Stir all ingredients together. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange peel.
