- 5 raw almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 red apple, chopped
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup non-fat greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup non-fat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on medium-high for about 30 seconds, until the smoothie reaches desired consistency.
