Iced Berries With Limoncello White Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
- 250 milliliter heavy cream
- 4 tablespoon limoncello liqueur
- 200 gram white chocolate
- 500 gram frozen mixed berries
Directions
- Put the cream and two tablespoons of limoncello in a heavy-bottomed pan and heat until it is almost boiling. Take the pan off the heat, and add the white chocolate. Stir to cover the white chocolate.
- Arrange the berries in a single layer in a dish or plate that has a small lip. Sprinkle the remaining two tablespoons of limoncello over the berries and leave for 5 minutes.
- Gently stir the white-chocolate cream mixture until all the chocolate has melted and it is smooth. Pour over the berries. Serve immediately.
