If you want a holiday cocktail, turn to the bar that launched a dozen holiday pop-ups. Mace, an East Village spot, draws in the crowds every December for the festive cocktails and Santa hat-clad bartenders. This year, the Miracle concept has been exported from Charleston to Athens, and this is one of the cocktails Nico de Soto created for the menu.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 ounce gin
  • .5 ounce pine liquor
  • .75 ounce vanilla syrup
  • .75 ounce lime juice
  • 3 mint leaves
  • soda
Directions
  1. Shake the first five ingredients. Strain into a Collins glass and top with soda.
