Ingredients
  • 4 cup salad greens
  • 2/3 bag of perdue short cuts original roasted carved chicken breast
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 mango, diced
Directions
  1. Wash and dry the salad greens and set aside in a large bowl.
  2. Add the Perdue Short Cuts to the salad greens.
  3. Chop the mango, cucumber, and avocado into bite-sized pieces and toss in the salad bowl.
  4. Make your own dressing or top with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
