Feel good about snack time with this simple creamy dip. Blend fresh avocados with cottage cheese for a healthy dip that satisfies your cravings, but is also full of good-for-you fats and some protein as well.

Ingredients
- 2 avocados, scooped
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ lime, juiced
- ¼ bunch cilantro, leaves finely chopped
- hot sauce, such as tabasco
- kosher salt
- tortilla chips or vegetables, for serving
Directions
- Mash the avocados to desired consistency. Add in the cottage cheese, garlic powder, lime juice, cilantro, and hot sauce as desired, and mix. Season with kosher salt, and serve with tortilla chips or vegetables.
