Ham With Marmalade Bourbon Glaze

Ingredients
- 1 3- to 4-pound spiral cut ham
- 1 cup orange marmalade, such as safeway select
- ½ cup kentucky bourbon
- ½ cup orange juice concentrate
- ¼ mayonnaise
Directions
- Bake the ham according to package directions.
- Combine the marmalade, bourbon, orange juice concentrate, and mayonnaise, and mix well.
- When the ham has 20 minutes left to cook, remove from the oven and brush on the glaze; allow to cook for 10 minutes, then brush on a second layer of glaze and allow to cook for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
