Grilled Crab Legs
Ingredients
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 pound alaskan king crab legs, thawed if necessary
  • 2 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 4 lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
  1. Heat the grill to medium-high.
  2. Soften butter and mix it with lemon juice, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Place crab legs shell side down on a well-oiled grill. Grill for about 4 minutes, brushing with the softened butter, until the crab is heated through.
  4. Flip the crab legs over for a few seconds to char the crab meat. Baste with more butter.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
