Grilled Crab Legs With Garlic Butter

- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 pound alaskan king crab legs, thawed if necessary
- 2 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 4 lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
- Heat the grill to medium-high.
- Soften butter and mix it with lemon juice, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place crab legs shell side down on a well-oiled grill. Grill for about 4 minutes, brushing with the softened butter, until the crab is heated through.
- Flip the crab legs over for a few seconds to char the crab meat. Baste with more butter.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
