Grilled Apricots With Brioche And Vanilla Ice Cream

- 8 ripe apricots
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 4 slices brioche, cut about 1-inch thick
- 2 tablespoon honey, warmed
- 2 cup vanilla ice cream
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Drizzle apricot halves with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
- Grill the brioche slices for 1 minute on each side.
- Grill the apricots for 2 minutes on each side.
- Transfer brioche slices to 4 individual serving plates. Top with apricot halves, drizzle with honey, and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
