- 2 ounce bourbon

- 2 ounce crisp apple sparkling ice

Directions
- Heat bourbon, green tea bag, and Crisp Apple Sparkling Ice until hot and tea has steeped.
- Remove bag and pour into toddy glass.
- Garnish with lemon slice and star anise.
