- 1 heaping teaspoon superfood powder (look for spirulina, dulse, and chlorella in the ingredients list)
- 1 tablespoon chia or flax seed
- 2 stemless leaves of chard
- 2 stemless leaves of kale
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1/4 peeled cucumber
- 1/4 cored pear or apple
- 4 pieces of frozen mango, pineapple, or peach
- 3 to 5 ice cubes
