Ingredients
- 1 can organic pumpkin
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 1 apple (or one pear)
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 tablespoon hemp or flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 large pinch cardamom
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 teaspoon honey
Directions
- Blend everything on high speed for 1-2 minutes and serve.
