Ingredients
- 3/4 ounce averna
- 3/4 ounce cognac
- 3/4 ounce rum, preferably appleton
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 2 dashes chocolate bitters
- orange slice, to garnish
Directions
- Combine Averna, cognac, rum, lemon juice, simple syrup, and chocolate bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake briefly to combine. Strain into a chilled glass. Add crushed ice on top. Garnish with an orange slice, and serve with a straw.
